ANSSPVT LLC d/b/a Send My Demand Co. ("Send My Demand," "we," "us," or "our") wants everyone to be able to use our website and portal.

What we do

We design our portal to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. That includes:

• support for keyboards and screen readers;
• text that can be resized;
• sufficient colour contrast;
• light and dark modes;
• labels on form fields;
• a way to type a signature instead of drawing it; and
• documents you can download as PDF.

Known limitations

Some PDF documents, such as signed agreements and letters, may not be fully accessible to every screen reader. Evidence photos uploaded by customers may not have text descriptions.
