AI-generated letters are available for instant download. If you choose our Print & Mail service, your letter will be printed and mailed within 1-2 business days. Custom written letters typically take 2-3 business days, while attorney letters may take 3-5 business days due to the review process.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our paid services. If you're not satisfied with your custom written or attorney letter, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. For Print & Mail services, refunds are available if there are printing or delivery issues on our end.
Print, Mail & Track and Attorney Letter orders include a USPS tracking number once your letter is mailed. You'll receive it by email, and it is added to your account. Our $5 Print & Send option does not include tracking.
